Terms of use

Last updated 2026-10-26. By using xGadgets (xgadgets.site) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site is

xGadgets is an information and shopping-guide website. We do not sell products, take payments or ship goods. Purchases are made on AliExpress, under AliExpress's own terms, prices, shipping and return rules.

Prices, availability and accuracy

Product details, prices, ratings, stock and delivery estimates come from AliExpress and change often. We work to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee it is complete or current. Check the product page before you buy.

Affiliate links and advertising

Many links on the site are affiliate links, and the site shows advertising. We may earn a commission when you buy through a link, at no extra cost to you. See our privacy policy for how advertising and cookies work.

Third-party websites

Links to AliExpress and other sites lead to services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, service or policies.

Advice and safety

Buying guides and articles are general information, not professional advice. For safety-critical products such as car brakes and for anything health-related, follow the manufacturer's instructions and consult a qualified professional.

Adults-only section

The Adults (18+) section is only for people aged 18 or over. By continuing past the age gate you confirm that you are, and that viewing such products is legal where you live.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or copy it in bulk by automated means beyond what our public JSON endpoints and robots.txt allow.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, xGadgets is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from purchases made on other websites.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest version.
